The Flow Power app makes it easy for you to access your energy data.
Together with your new energy hardware, you’ll get real-time energy insights and recommendations on actions you can take to become more price efficient and lower your carbon footprint.
App installation and account setup guide for iPhone users
Note: The Flow Power App is only available for iOS version 8 or above.
1. Go to the App Store
- Open the App Store from your home screen
- Sign in with your Apple ID or create a new one if prompted
2. Search for Flow Power
- Tap the search bar in the App Store
- Type “Flow Power” and hit search
3. Install the app
- Tap the “Get” button next to the Flow Power app. Note: The Flow Power app is free to install and use with no in-app purchases
- Follow the prompts to install the app
4. Set up your account
- Open the Flow Power app
- Click the “Sign up now” link
- Enter your email address and click “Send verification code“
5. Verify your account
- Check your email for the verification code
- Enter the code in the app and click “Verify code“
- Create a new password and confirm it
- Note: Your password must be between 8 and 64 characters and must contain at least three of the following: a lower-case letter, an upper-case letter, a digit, and a symbol
- Enter your first and last name
- Click “Create”
- Select Country Code as Australia (+61) and enter your mobile number without the leading 0
- Click “Send code” and enter the SMS code received
- Click “Verify code” to complete the verification
6. Read and accept the T&Cs
- Read the residential customer terms and conditions
- Tick “Accept” and click “Go”
7. Enter address details
- Enter a valid promo code if available
- Enter your street address, suburb, state, postcode, and National Meter Identifier (NMI)
- Your NMI is a 10 or 11-digit number that can be found on your current electricity bill
- If your postal address is different, enter those details as well
- If applicable, select whether you have solar, life support or a concession card
- Click “Next” and review the details of your pricing, renewable generator, and energy tools
- Click “Got it” to proceed
8. Enter direct debit details
- Select credit card or bank account from the drop-down menu
- Enter your card or account details
- Click “Confirm payment method” and then “Next“
9. Confirmation and finish sign-up
- Review the details on the confirmation page
- Confirm the statement “I have read and I agree to the above“
- Click “Complete” and wait for up to a minute
- The home page of the app should appear
10. Accessing the Flow Power app
- Open the Flow Power app
- Enter your email address and password
- Check the “Keep me signed in” box to stay logged in
- Click “Sign in” and “Send Code”
- Enter the verification code and click “Verify code“
- If the code is valid, your Flow Power app login is successful

Note: the Flow Power App is only available for versions 10.0 or above.
1. Go to the Google Play Store
- Open the Google Play Store from your home screen
- If you can’t find the app on your home screen, search for it in the app drawer
2. Search for Flow Power app
- Tap the search box in the Google Play Store
- Type “Flow Power” and search
3. Install the app
- Tap the “Install” button next to the Flow Power app. Note: The Flow Power app is free to install and use with no in-app purchases
- Depending on your settings, you may need to confirm the installation
4. Set up your account
- Open the Flow Power app
- Click the “Sign up now” link
- Enter your email address and click “Send verification code“

How to Reset Your Password:
- Open your Flow Power app
- Click the “Forgot your password?” link
- Enter your registered email address
- Click the “Send verification code” button
- You will receive an email with a verification code
- Enter the verification code in the “Verification code” text box
- Click the “Verify code” button
- Click the “Continue” link in the email
- Enter a new password and confirm it. Your password must be at least 6 characters
- Click the “Confirm” button
- You should be signed in successfully
